The need:
FAL needed proper guidance for their brand. The brand was trading stagnantly in the marketplace. It had some stuff, but not well aligned to suit what they do and attract good customers.
FAL also wanted help in creating copy and design of their company profile
The result:
Carried out a partial brand audit
Instead of developing a company profile, the brand was guided to start with developing their brand manual guidelines to stop trading stagnantly on the market place as it was the case.
